The town is super charming and quieter than nearby areas, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hotel's location in the Centre, just a ten-minute walk from the train station, is jaw-droppingly convenient. The entire hotel is meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean, ensuring a mind-blowing experience. Our spacious room was comfortably furnished, with a flat-screen TV and an incredible view from the balcony. Alexandra at reception was absolutely amazing, providing an efficient, helpful, gracious, and charming welcome. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including delicious local pastries and yoghurts. The hotel's location is perfect for hiking in the mountains, with the cable car station just a few minutes' walk away. The town itself is cozy, with great Italian restaurants and a small but inviting town center. Alexandra went above and beyond, allowing us to store our luggage, even providing free Gluewhein and traditional Austrian music. The hotel also provided a free card to visit the local Panorama Badewelt. The location is superb, just 100 meters from the ski piste, with great restaurants and bars nearby. We felt incredibly safe with the secure parking, even leaving our ski equipment in the unlocked car overnight without any issues. our experience was simply superb, and we can't wait to return to this incredible hotel and town.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city center. It is conveniently near ski lifts and just a stone's throw away from the Kitzbuheler Horn cable cars. This makes it incredibly easy to access the beautiful mountains and enjoy outdoor activities.
One downside is that the hotel does not have its own restaurant. However, there are good dining options within a short walking distance.

We got excellent value for our money at Hotel Theresia Garni in Sankt Johann. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the charming town. The staff, especially Alexandra, were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
Breakfast delights, but having a kettle and tea in the room would be a nice addition for a hot cuppa after skiing.

Skiing at Harschbichl, feeling like an eagle on the Eagle Trail, tobogganing with a tractor at Bacheralm, golfing with breathtaking views, exploring St Johann.
Snow scraping machines in the middle of the night? What a great lullaby!

The ski tour at Kitzbüheler Horn was a hoot, especially when I tried to resemble an alpine bird while navigating the trail. The tractor transport option for tobogganing was a delightful surprise. The panoramic views from the golf courses were absolutely breathtaking.
The lack of tea and kettle in the room was such a disappointment. I mean, who needs a hot cuppa after a day of skiing, right?

During our stay at Hotel Theresia Garni, we experienced exceptional service from the receptionist Alexandra. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also loved the huge balcony that offered breathtaking views of the surroundings. Even though it was just an overnight stay, we found the hotel to be well-equipped and had everything we needed. The only minor drawback was the noise from the snow scraping machines outside, but luckily it was only for one night. I highly recommend Hotel Theresia Garni for its superb service, comfortable rooms, and beautiful location.
